• Queen Hair ships within the U.S. & Canada.

• Orders $800 or higher qualify for free FedEx Ground ground shipping.

• All shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges to and from Queen Hair unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.

• Orders will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed, followed by an email with tracking information once the order has shipped.

• To ensure delivery to the correct address please check the shipping information before confirming the order.

• Orders received before 12:00 p.m. will ship the same business day. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. will ship the following business day. Please note that business days refer to Monday through Friday and exclude U.S. holidays.
